Madrid, 4 marzo de 2020 - dunnhumby, el líder global en ciencia de datos del cliente ha nombrado a Sebastian Duque nuevo director general para el sur de Europa.
Con una extensa experiencia en consultoría basada en datos para Retailers y fabricantes, Sebastian ha trabajado en dunnhumby Sudamérica durante los últimos ocho años, cinco de los cuales ocupó el cargo de Country Manager de Colombia y el resto del tiempo roles de responsabilidad en la región, ocupándose de la implantación y expansión de estrategias Customer Centric, demostrando gran experiencia a la hora de generar valor. Durante estos años, Sebastian lideró muchos hitos para la compañía, incluyendo el cierre de importantes acuerdos de colaboración y el inicio de operaciones de la compañía en Chile y México junto a retailers y fabricantes clave, además del establecimiento de la primera oferta completa de Retail media con el retailer Grupo Éxito en Colombia. Sebastian es un experto en el sector, y además de portavoz frecuentemente invitado a numerosos eventos y profesor en prestigiosas escuelas de negocios.

Según dunnhumby, esto último solo puede lograrse a través de la gestión de datos, la automatización de procesos, y sobre todo adoptando una mentalidad estratégica y verdaderamente enfocada en el cliente.
